Coconut macaroons

INGREDIENTS:
4 large egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
300g shredded coconut
3 tbsp grated white chocolate
almonds for decoration
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 165°C, line baking sheets with parchment paper
2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites, sugar and vanilla together until foamy and sugar is dissolved
3. Add coconut and white chocolate and stir until well combined
4. Form round macaroons and top it with almond
5. Bake until lightly golden, around 20 mins.
